At Born Primitive, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unwashed and unworn items.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Items and Action
Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and specify the reason for the return or the new size/color you prefer.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items with original tags attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
